"I am a small time landlady here in San Diego. Jim of J.I.M.S. Roofing has provided me with 3 roofs and each of my properties required a different type of roofing. 1. My residence at 1712 Greentree Rd in Encinitas is a lovely light weight cement roof that looks like Spanish tiles. 2. My condominium HOA group selected Jim's Roofing to replace our old tar paper roof with new tough flat roofing called "torch down". Jim's 10 year guarantee on this roof, back by the manufacturer's materials as well, made us feel confident to select his services. 3. My little duplex at 558-60 "F" St. in Chula Vista is a good example of the old fashioned flat tiles . Jim and his crew are expert roofers and great guys. You will be pleased.
